Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your scheduled service.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposits and may require full payment of the service before rebooking.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Before Your Appointment
• Avoid any oils, butters, lotions and moisturizers on the face • Avoid caffeinated beverages, stimulants, and drinking too many liquids • Remove all makeup, wear comfy clothes, and avoid low buns & ponytails • If you have a previous set that was not done by me, please be sure to add on “Removal” to your appointment.
